Create Incident created vs Resolved report in pa

Hi, 

 

I need to create a report in PA for Incident Resolved vs Created in a single report. I am new to PA. I can create separate report but not sure of combining both. Any path to create or article will be helpful for doing this from scratch. It should be like this in the image i pasted.
