Our Dashboard 'Team leader Dashboard - Edinburgh' no longer shows Itask assigned for Incidents not assigned to us. This should appear under the My Work tab in ServiceNow.

Take a look at the report for the itasks see if anyone changed the filter will be my first question.

Second I would verify that the assignment groups are passed correctly or dynamically, and last check that you are still a memeber of that group.
