Dashboard(My ITIL Homepage)

Hello All

Our instance has been upgraded from Tokyo to Utah and after upgradation MY ITIL Home page dashboard is not visible to users in Home screen. As checked users have roles to check the dashboard but still cannot find their dashboards.

Can anyone please help me with this requirement.

Can you please elaborate some further on your question? Can't users see the dashboard any further? What do you mean in regards to home screen? Do you mean homepage or?

Yes, In  Homepage "My ITIL Dashboard" is not visible to users after upgrade. Before upgrade users can view the My ITIL Homepage dashboard. But after upgrade they cannot view the dashboard unless we shared it to them again. 

Can you help me with this

Hi @Aneela Sravani  ,

As @Danish Bhairag2 mentioned, from Utah upgrade the homepages are being deprecated and it was advised before upgrading to Utah all the homepages is required to be converted into Dashboards as homepages would no longer work.

If it was a homepage then unfortunately from Utah upgrade the homepages are being deprecated & it was advised before upgrading to Utah all the homepages whichever required should be converted to Dashboards else those homepages u will not be able to see it.
