Hi!
Goal:
- Monthly number
- Have the number of incidents that have been and are currently assigned to each asgmt group
- Have the number of sla breaches for those incidents for every asgmt group
Ask:
- Is there a workaround or some method I can achieve this goal, aside from what I have tried.
Tried:
- With performance analytics, I am using table, tableEx.
- tableEx, contains the following information that will help me get this info. From what I have seen.
- reference to Incident
- Start and end dates that give the duration an incident was is assigned to a group
- Value, String type, contains the assignment group name.
- I am using and indicator source/indicator to get this information
- I created a bucket breakdown source
- With a scripted breakdown mapping, that returns an integer associated to every assignment group.
- The problem with that I am receiving the following error, when I run the indicator's job
Request:
- Is there a solution to my error?
- Or
- Is there a different way I can acheive my goal?
