I have created an"interactive filter". But by default, "ALL" option gets added to the filter. Is there any way to remove this "ALL" option?

Hey Nayana,
You can disable the all option with the flag "Remove all option". However this flag is only available for interactive filter type "Reference". For all other types ServiceNow disables the visibility. So I assume it wouldn't be considered.
Kind regards
Sebastian

Hi @Nayana N ,
This behavior was expected over the interactive filter 'All' option due the logical UI limitation over the list filter view.
For example:
1. Consider an interactive filter with 1000 filter elements.
2. If you select the option 'ALL' and applied over the widget.
3. Navigating the widget to the List filter view, ideally, if all the 1000 filter elements are applied then there will be a broken situation over the UI form and leading to a huge performance impact over the instance.
- To avoid this UI limitation Ideally, these all selected filters will be applied but those elements' names won't be displayed over the list filter view.
Please refer to the updated product documentation for your reference and review the cause of the logical explanation of the behavior.
The below statements strongly supports the behavior
"When a user selects All, they do not see a report with all filter options applied, they see the unfiltered report."
