How can I create a breakdown based on the interaction table sort by the user region.

Hi All,

How can I create a breakdown based on the interaction table. I need to build a breakdown filter to sort by the user region, the breakdown will search the user region  on the sys_user record. they want to see user region.

So here I'm using breakdown source [fact table is cmn_location] I'm trying to mapping interaction table. I'm not getting the expected data.

Kindly help out me.

If the table you need to breakdown is created based on the incident metric table, you should just "map" it correctly in the breakdown mapping:
