How to edit the report which has table level restriction

Hi All,

 

There is a OOB AI search dashboard, I want to edit the OOB report created on sys_search_context_config and sys_search_event table.But here is a table level acl restrict show security constraint.Even I have modified the report_view acl by adding the itil role but the table is having ACL with nobody role ,so we cannot able to edit the report

Anyone has any idea how to edit the report and make the report visible for ITIL Users.
