Incident duration in PA

I have created a KPI to show the Average duration of the incident from opened to closed and which was assigned to a particular assignment group but can we get the individual incident duration

I want the incident number in place of date and month which shows its duration as shown in the graph. Is this possible?

The average duration is probably a formula indicator?

It sounds weird that on a graph showing the average duration you want it to show the average per incident. Every incident only has 1 average duration from opened to closed: (closure_time -/- opened_time)/number of incidents. So the average is always that time. You can use metrics for this if needed, or the indicators that show the duration instead of the average duration, but you can't use average duration to show it per incident. (or maybe you can, but it doesn't make sense, because it's always the duration).
