Hi All,
I need to create one indicator with below conditions in indicator source.
Note: We need to keep this source more generic, not specific to any service / team.
Requirement: I have 3-4 reports where these 2 conditions are common. And below are the filters which keeps changing according to report. i.e.
1. Service Offering
2. Incident State
Now, I was thinking to add breakdown of these 2 filters in indicator itself.
But these 3-4 reports have grouping which also varies accordingly and we can use only 2 breakdowns while creating report.
Can anyone suggest what can be the best approach or should I create report with general way using tables?
