Hi @Sakshi Lambat ,

So when talking about MTTF in performance analytics I have some additional questions.

  1. Which table?
  2. MTTF is that opened till Resolved or?
  3. What is it that you would like to visualize through performance analytics? e.g. average MTTF of incidents by month or. Please make the business requirement more clear.

If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give a thumb up.

best regards

Hi @AndersBGS ,

I want MTTF for the sc_req_item.

I want to visualize the MTTF of service request by month

Hi @Sakshi Lambat ,

Ok, this can be obtained through performance analytics whit a scripted automated indicator.

If you have no prior experience with performance analytics, I will recommend you to go through some NowLearning content before developing, otherwise it can impact performance of the ServiceNow instance.
