Hello Community
I'm working on migrating a Performance Analytics (PA) dashboard currently set up in the Workspace (Agent Workspace or similar) to a customer-facing Service Portal. I want to make this dashboard accessible to external users via the customer portal while maintaining its functionality and data integrity.
Could anyone provide guidance or best practices ?
Any insights, documentation links, or practical examples from those who have successfully moved a PA dashboard to a customer portal would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help!

For one: do external users have access to the data on the dashboard, because otherwise you won't be showing anything to them.
Next to that: is it a PAE dashboard visible in the workspace, or is it the landing page of a workspace? If it is a dashboard, you can find it in the Platform Analytics dashboard module. If it's a landing page, you will have to recreate it as dashboard.
