I created a multi-level pivot table report and scheduled it in a job, but it is not converting to PDF. Why?

It is a plugin issue. Go to System Definition -> Plugins and search for 'WebKit HTML to PDF' plugin and use the quick actions to repair the plugin.

I have created a multi-level pivot table report. In one instance, it is converting into PDF, but in the production instance, the same report cannot be converted into PDF.

showing error : 

This error occurs only for the multi-level pivot table report; other types of reports are converting to PDF without any issues.
