Pie chart is not working with Performance Analytics Indicators/Performance Analytics Jobs

Hi,

I have created new Historical Job which ran from Sep 2023 till Mar 01, 2024. (Last 6 Months)

It has collected the data for last 6 months.

But when I select chart type = Pie Chart, it only shows data for last 1 month:

However, if I select chart type = column, then it shows the correct data collected for last 6 months.

If you see report here, for above report it has fetched only 1 month data.

Can you help to fix this?

Thanks.

Hi @Rakshanda Kunte ,

You just need to group as shown below:

This will give you below result:

Hi @AndersBGS,

I am using Performance analytics Indicator here. When I use Pie chart it only shows data for 1 month.

But, last 6 months' data is already collected by newly created Historical Job.

If I use Column Chart, it works fine. Only giving error while when I use Pie/Donut/Semidonut charts.

Any Idea?

(All Screenshots are attached above).

Let me know if anything required.

Thanks.

Hi @Rakshanda Kunte ,

It doesn't matter how much data (which timespan) you have collected, but it's about your widget configuration.

As you see in above example, here is chosen "by year sum".

If you would like to see the change_request created within the last 6 months by type, I would recommend to utilize change_request as table instead of an automated indicator, and make the filter for last 6 months. There is no possibility when chose an automated indicator to select last 6 months.

Gm @AndersBGS ,

Thanks for your inputs.

However, we can achieve the same by applying date range.

But, in my case even after applying date range, it does not work for pie chart.

Thanks.
