I am looking to create a report that shows when a story has been carried from one Sprint to the next. I would like to know how many sprints any story has been carried over from, and easily show those in a visualization.
I have looked through the Agile Board, dashboards, burndowns, etc... - - not seeing any functionality built in.
Any recommendations?

Hi Sean,
One could devise a solution using reports/performance analytics to get your value.
Might I suggest you use process mining instead.
Creating the process mining project would involve:
1. Go to Process Optimization->All Projects
2.Click new to create a new record.
3.Fill in the fields
4.Add a new table configuration from the related list.
5.For this table config record, add 2 activity definition from the related list. For one, field as assignment group and make sure group activities is checked.
6.In the table configuration record created in step 4, you may optionally want to add breakdowns as per your requirements.
7. On the project record created in 2, select the Generate Model(Full) UI Action.
You will get a cool visual that should answer your questions. Try it out!
