Subject: Is there any maintenance fee for ServiceNow Delta Exam?

Hello Team,

I am a certified CSA/CAD and preparing for the Zurich Delta Exam.

Could you please confirm whether there is any maintenance or renewal fee required to keep the certification active, or is completing the Delta Exam alone sufficient?

Hi @22M61A05D8

If more than a year has passed since you completed your certification, you’ll need to pay the maintenance fee. However, if you’ve recently earned your CSA or CAD certification, the Delta exam will be free for you(Delta exam is Compulsory!!)

You can check yourself. login to ServiceNow university under home tab scroll down and you can see something similar:
