I am a certified CSA/CAD and preparing for the Zurich Delta Exam.

Could you please confirm whether there is any maintenance or renewal fee required to keep the certification active, or is completing the Delta Exam alone sufficient?

the answer may vary person by person, but you can refer to the FAQ that I am sharing below.

Question	Answer
Who must pay the fee?	All Certified Professionals who attained their first mainline certification. Exceptions may apply dependent on your company's affiliation to ServiceNow.

If more than a year has passed since you completed your certification, you’ll need to pay the maintenance fee. However, if you’ve recently earned your CSA or CAD certification, the Delta exam will be free for you(Delta exam is Compulsory!!)

I would like to clarify my situation based on your explanation.
I recently completed my certifications:
CSA on 3rd October 2025
CAD on 16th November 2025
Since less than one year has passed since I completed both certifications, as per your message, my understanding is that the Delta exam should be free for me and no Certification Maintenance Program (CMP) fee is required at this time.
Could you please confirm if I am eligible to take the Delta exam without paying the maintenance fee?
