Which Automated Indicator and data collection job are used for widget

In the Request Management Overview dashboard, there is a widget called Mean time to fulfill a requested item (by category) I need to know:

1. Which Automated Indicator is used for this widget?

2. Which data collection job runs to populate this indicator?

3. How can I verify the data source from Requested Item (sc_req_item) records? For example, which fields and conditions (e.g., opened_at, closed_at, state=Closed Complete) are used?

You can duplicate that dashboard and see how and from where it's bringing data.

I duplicated and here is the analysis

-> click on Data tab on right side after you Edit that dashboard and there you will find data source, on click on that it takes you to next page

-> this is the indicator and bringing data for RITM
