Action button is not showing in the OOB Ticket page even after mapping it in the ticket configuration table.

I tried it already @Ankur Bawiskar , but still action button is not showing.

so what did you try and what debugging did you do?

you can't simply use that Incident widget in problem standard ticket config

you will have to create new one and modify it as per problem table and then use that

@Ankur Bawiskar  As mentioned above in my day before screenshot.. I created a new widget and addded... I didn't added anything blindly and expected some miracle to be happened..

since action. button it's self not appearing I had no idea where I can add logs.. and to check till which step the code has been executed.

I believe there is some OOTB code which renders that widget.

I am not very sure on that part

Did you verify your custom widget is working fine and it's accepting parameters properly from the page?
