Active/Non active User s

Hi Team , 

In the report i need show , Active and non active both Users , in a business application table we have 2 fields 

How do i filter for for both field active and non active users ?

Can you help me the conditions pls ?

I tried pulling data from sys_user table however i am not able to filter it for these 2 fields .

need your help .

OOTB there is query business rule on sys_user and it will only allow you to select Active users.

where are you stuck?

you want to allow users to select inactive user there in reference field?

Note: I won't recommend selecting inactive users

What is need of showing both type of users, in transaction record. It will not give a clear picture and your foundation data records will be massed up.

As per best practice use only active user .
