I am trying to add color to a speedometer where if its less than 90% its red, 90-95% is yellow and over 95% is green. I can't seem to figure out how to do it? I have the speedometer showing the proper % currently on the score widget. I figure i must need to add a target or something but unsure of how to do that. I have attached two different looks, one with a dial and one with a speedometer. Any suggestions to make it visually appealing for either would be appreciates.

But that is using a report. I couldn't figure out how to actually calculate % between two numbers using the speedometer report. it seems to only want to use Count, Average, Summ and count Distinct. I was able to finally figure it out using Target and Target color Schemes. I set the target to be 100 and then set a 3 stop light to have red, yellow and green at different intervals. I've just had same issue. I figured out that the target date value needs to be in the past so that the colors are displayed. I hope it will help somebody.
