I am trying to display two different data sets over time and want to display the percent of one against the other. For example, if I have the total number of tickets as a bar or spline chart, and then add a dataset of tickets that contain John. I want to display an additional data set that shows the percentage of tickets that contain John versus total tickets. I could no figure out how to do this within a report, so I added an additional data set that is an excel file with the same x-axis and percentage values. Any suggestions on how to then add that data set to it can show? My choices for the time frame are count, sum, average etc. and instead I want to display the percentage.
Thanks!

This sounds like something you need PA for to resolve. Did you try that?

Thanks. I do think it would be doable in PA with a metric, but I also think it should be doable in basic reporting with an additional data set. I have not tried PA. I exported the data and did it in Excel. Plan to go back and try more in Report or PA when I get a chance.

i wonder if you can use the pie chart and group your data on created by or assigned to (if John is part of that), otherwise you might want to look into Text Analytics, there you can actually set up key words (John can be added as a key word)
