After Business Hours Incident Report

Hello SNOW Champs,

 

I am looking for a report for the Incidents created after 5 p.m. and before 8 a.m. for the last three months. I can get it for a single day using "at or after" & "at or before" filter range; however, retrieving the data for the last three months is challenging. Please suggest the easiest way to configure this report.

Here is my solution that works. I think if you enter just the after 5 pm hour and Before 8 am hour, it will cover the whole day instead of those hours.

I'm sorry, but that is incorrect. If you select after 5pm and before 8am, it will do as the requirement is specified. Your solution is over-kill / over-configuration which is not needed.

What would be the solution adapted from above for Business Hours or After Hours (I can get it to run for Saturday/Sunday), but having trouble finding solution for daily Monday-Friday before 8 AM and after 5 PM.
