Hello SNOW Champs,
I am looking for a report for the Incidents created after 5 p.m. and before 8 a.m. for the last three months. I can get it for a single day using "at or after" & "at or before" filter range; however, retrieving the data for the last three months is challenging. Please suggest the easiest way to configure this report.

How would one update this report to reflect hours outside the drop down options? I'm needing to isolate a report of all tickets created between 4:31pm to 7:29am (the following day) Monday - Friday. Were looking into modifying our help desk hours and would like to understand how many tickets come in during this timeframe to see if this will impact our organization for additional on-call support.
