Automated breakdown; assessment to requested item

Hi All,

Has anyone managed to to created an automated breakdown for task.requested item.item from any of the assessment tables?  I tend to use task_assessment_detail, and while I can dot walk to the item when configuring indicators or visualisations, but when I try to map from any assessment table to item, while I can see 'task', I don't seem to be able to get from the task table to requested item.

I've done a little research and there is an option to create a database view, but am trying to avoid raising a demand for our devs.

Hi @AndersBGS 

We have implemented a new standard CSAT survey across all IT requests.  This covers dozens of different Items, so we need to be be able to filter the CSAT score using Item as a breakdown.
