April 15th, 2026 - Platform Analytics Library recommendations We hosted another Platform Analytics academy session in the series of our Australia release. The enhancements for Platform Analytics specifically to our analytics libraries, including the new improved quick filter tiles to get quickly to your artefacts being data visualizations, dashboards or indicators. Additionally to that we bring recommendations on what to do based on some of those library insights.

April 1st, 2026 - Ask the Experts On April 1st, 2026, we hosted another successful Ask the Experts session. As always, the session was engaging, with thoughtful questions from our customers. Many were addressed live during the session, while others were answered in real time via chat by our panel of experts. February 18th, 2026 - Getting Ready for Platform Analytics - Values, Gaps, & Fixes (2026) On February 18th, 2026, during our Platform Analytics Academy, this session covered the strategic value of upgrading, common migration issues (visualization, exports, filtering, accessibility), fix status and timelines, and best practices for your transition strategy. We reviewed what was already fixed, what shipped in the Australia release, and how to run both systems side-by-side during migration. Attendees left with a practical roadmap ahead of Core UI deprecation. |

We demonstrated visualizing external data in ServiceNow, tracking KPIs with Performance Analytics, and analyzing datasets using AI Data Explorer - all without data duplication for faster, more powerful insights. |

These popular sessions featured dynamic Q&A with real-time problem-solving. Questions were answered first-come, first-served basis during the meeting, so attendees came prepared and were ready to ask early. Our expert team was ready to tackle the toughest challenges. |
