Best visualize the percentage of SLA breaches over different time periods and for different SLA type

Hi everyone
what is the best way to visualize the percentage of breached SLAs across different timeframes and multiple SLA types to identify a trend? I would also like to be able to see and filter the associated records by timeframe up to 12 months(last month, currnt month, last 3 month, last 6 month, last 12 month) back to see the trend and identify the SLA target (whether it's response or resolution) and whether the record is breached or not breached. In addition to the incident SLA breaches, there are 12 other SLA types that I want to display.

Currently, I have a process workbench where I can set the timeframes for the absolute numbers of incident SLA breaches. I use supporting widgets to display the different SLA types as percentages. For filtering, I have created breakdowns by SLA target and breached (true or false). In the record tab, I can filter the 12 SLA types using the column name "Leistunschein".

Is there a better way to display this information? The workbench widget will no longer be supported by the Platform Analytics Next Gen UI Builder in the future. How would you suggest addressing this requirement in the most meaningful way?

Thank you for your help.

Since the data will still be collected, you can create a dashboard for this with the data visualized like you want it to and put your filters on there as well. It may take some trial and (t)error before you have it as you want it, but the migration to Platform Analytics won't be mandatory for at least a year, so there is time.

I would use an indicator breakdown for this. I say would, I actually do. Your time period is fixed as you have to specify the number of previous periods to show but with a monthly percentage it's no problem to show 12 months of previous period data. You also get the option to state the target and have the scores coloured (I use RAG, you can use whatever you like) to indicate performance against that target.

Thank you for your feedback.

Could you please provide me with screenshots of your indicator breakdown? I attempted to use a script in the breakdown for calculations, but it didn't work properly for the percentage indicators. Therefore, I decided to use conditions in the indicators, such as "last 3 months," etc.

Could you please explain what "RAG" refers to?
