I would like to build a simple report that lists who transferred INC tickets to a specific assignment group. And I would like to group it by who initiated the transfer.

That data only exists in the history, and you wouldn't want to report on that table as there could be millions of records. You could create a Metric with a business rule to capture the data. You might have to create some new fields on the metric's table. Hi Kathy,
There are other options out there to quickly gain better insight into your ServiceNow platform. Numerify partnered with ServiceNow back in October to enhance and extend Performance Analytics. One of the use cases we often hear about is how to visualize the lifecycle of an incident or show me all the incidents that a certain group receives.
