Business Continuity Management Platform Analytics dashboards

Hi Community,

We have OOTB BCM Platform Analytics dashboards that are currently accessible only to users with BCM licenses. Has anyone been able to make these dashboards available to ITIL users or other non-BCM users without creating custom roles or modifying ACLs?
Is there an OOTB or supported approach to make this work, and are there any licensing considerations?

Business Continuity Management (BCM) in ServiceNow is an application that aligns with Integrated Risk Management (IRM), which is the modern evolution of the broader Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) product suite.

BCM has its own licensing model. Access to the BCM base tables is generally restricted to users with BCM-specific roles, such as bcm_viewer, bcm_contributor, etc.

If you provide the report_view role to ITIL users, it may allow them to access the BCM data. However, I believe this could potentially have licensing implications.

I would suggest reaching out to your ServiceNow Account Executive to confirm whether granting fulfiller users access to BCM data would result in any additional licensing requirements or impact the existing license model.
