Business Duration Average Report

Hi Folks, 

I have a stakeholder who would like a report that shows monthly average business duration for sctasks. I am not sure how to set this up. Can someone provide me with some guidance?

I'm not sure about this Brad. I'm also looking to create the same report and if you change the Trend By to Closed rather than Created, the trend looks very different. By reporting on tasks created this month, naturally they will have a shorter duration. If you report on tasks closed during this month, they will report the full duration of the life of the ticket, up to closed. This is my logic but have yet to have anyone validate it. What do you think?
