For some reason 'Business Elapsed Percentage' is not displaying the progress bar for reports using the Incident SLA table whilst it is for those using Task SLA
I'm certain it has worked correctly for reports on the Incident SLA previously. Please see screenshot below with the column highlight and the difference being shown.
Anyone know how to get the progress bar back?

first of all
incident_sla is an OOTB database view ( incident + task_sla)
task_sla is a table
generally it should work..
if you have working and non working report you can compare if there are any differences
you can also try
The solution turned out to be the column orders. For the business elapsed percentage to show as a progress bar, the column had to be in the rightmost position. Meaning that if I had a column after it, it showed as a decimal. Seems very weird but that was the solution for me.
there is also a KB about same issue for "Response SLA time left"
in list display ( in Agent Workspace ) not fixed

Yes, I saw the post about the rightmost position, but unfortunately it didn't work for me.
Both reports are identical in their construction, so it's a strange one.

I realise i am replying to a year old thread however i am encountering the same issue. i have figured that as long as business elapsed percentage is the 8th column along it works. I can put columns either side of this but it has to be column 8 to get the RAG bar otherwise its a number.
Just in case anyone else is looking for this in the furture

This fix didn't work for me on Vancouver.. 😞
And it would appear that it's a missing feature:
