I am attempting to build a breakdown dashboard where the breakdown contains over 100 elements. However, the "Select an Element" drop-down list on the scorecard as well as the dashboard only contains 100 elements. Can this limit be adjusted?

Hi George,
For breakdowns with a lot of elements (over 100 in your experience), the unfiltered select-an-element list will not contain every element. However, that does not mean you can't specify an element not displayed in the unfiltered list. You simply have to start typing something in the search field to narrow the possible values.
For example, let's say the element I need to select is "xylophone", but I don't see it in the list when I click the select-an-element field. If I type "x" in the search, assuming a small number of elements start with "x", I will see it in the list.
If you'd rather have a short list of items to pick from at the dashboard level, you will need to edit the breakdown source or add a secondary version of the breakdown. (I can't wait until they let us use element filters at the dashboard level.)

Unfortunately, I cannot provide screenshots because our instance is on an isolated network. However, I can describe what I am seeing.
I have a Workbench Widget configured with a Breakdown on the Main Indicator. The breakdown contains about 125 names of users. The Workbench is configured to display the breakdown and allow elements to be selected. These appear in the breakdowns tab under the Supporting Indicators. When no element is selected, the breakdown shows all of the elements, but must be paged (e.g. Page 1 of 2). But when I use the Select an Element drop-down list, only 100 names are displayed. If did however just test and found that if I type a name from the bottom of the list, it will appear. Can this be modified to show all names without typing?
The same symptoms happen if I use a scorecard to view the same breakdown.

Can you check sys_properties.list for com.snc.pa.scorecards.max_breakdown_elements?

The drop down is always limited, the 1000 is the number of elements listed in the scorecard, the drop down will just show a certain number at a time and will need to search for what you are looking for. It is like any reference in the system.
