The out-of-box case Spotlight widgets in customer service manager are showing 'unexpected error' and not populating data even though the Spotlight group is executing successfully and records are visible in Spotlights tab—how can this be resolved without customizing OOB data sources or metrics?

1. Validate your steps: Copy a Spotlight group to breakdown elements
2. check the logs
3. Ensure the associated PA Job for the spotlight indicator is scheduled and active.
4. Check if the Data Collector successfully ran for the indicator on the date in question.
Also check KB0820500 "No data to display" on OOB PA Dashboards
