Connection Resotred Pop-up appears again and again

When our agents work in the Core Ui, the pop-up "conntection restored" appears again and again. As an agent, I am not interested in the connection being restored and this pop-up only prevents me from working. Where can this be deactivated, or what could be the problem here?

For future travelers, they closed this idea unfortunately. It's an annoying and useless message and most people working in ServiceNow have a lot of SN tabs open, so just interferes with your work.
