Create a dashboard for a Business Service Owner to see all work assigned to that service

I'm looking into creating one dashboard, maybe be utilizing interactive filters to show a VP all Incidents, Changes, team work assigned to all Business Services they own. I can't seem to get interactive filters to work the way I expect them too. Anyone have any thoughts?

Thanks Peter! I was missing the follow the element piece, but I still can't get an interactive filter on a Dashboard or a breakdown at the dashboard level in PA working for Business Service Owner. Maybe it's too much dot walking? The breakdown source for Business Service Owner is working on individual PA reports but it won't do it as an interactive filter.


I reran the historical data job and I believe the filter in PA is working now. Hopefully this will mean I can get the dashboard interactive filter working as well. Thanks for your help!


I think I spoke a little too soon. Rerunning the historical data job allowed the filter breakdown to work, but it's only working going back two weeks. ODD!


If you have not changed your breakdown source and/or breakdown mapping configuration, there is no need to re-collect scores, the Performance Analytics dashboards and widgets are just visualizations of the pa_scores table.



Also if you can see the right numbers for the last 2 weeks, you should see them for all collected periods.



Maybe you are looking at (browser) cached widgets?


I just created the breakdown source yesterday which would be why a job run was necessary and I don't believe these are browser cached. I was able to refresh to get a few weeks of data this morning.
