Assistance creating a database view between the Interaction and Metric Result tables.
My objective to report on survey's that have been completed with Live Agent (Human) engagements and then engagements that have occured purely within a Virtual Agent engagement.
Joining the interaction table to the metric result table will allow me to select and filter interactions between LA (Live agent) and VA (virtual agent) that also have survey metric results.
