Create report by vendor, by priority, by month

Hi,

I am having difficulty creating a report to show the total number of incidents by each vendor by   month by priority.   Something like this example:

My client would prefer that something custom not be created, but I cannot seem to find any other way around it.   Whether I create a trend chart, then I can only break it down by month, not for each vendor, or a pivot table where I can break it down by vendor and priority but not month!

Any help would be much appreciated.

I have a requirement to create Ui page with group by details:

As per the above screenshot, we are unable to find the state name as per the filing status count. Also if main filing name , all of its corresponding filing status and states in one row.

Like:

main filing name Apporved (1):A

                                                  Pending(2):B,C

main filing name1 Not filed(1): E

Hi I would like to know more about custom charts. I am not able to see this option under reports in London instance.

I believe the key is in the word, custom.

What I created a few years ago was a UI Page, entirely custom, which would present the table shown above in a manner of report to the user.

Back then I used jelly and HTML to create it, however I am not sure if there is now an easier way.

Have you consider creating a dashboard to achieve this?

First tab call it Overview

Have a simple Pie graph group by vendor. Then create subsequent tabs for each vendor and add another Pie graph filter on their incidents group by priority & by month
