Can any Reporting expert give me the brief introduction and working flow of Custom Charts.

It would be real helpful if you show with the example.

Custom charts are deprecated, you could Create a widget that displays a ServiceNow UI page.


What is your exact requirement?

I think this may be able to help you if you are looking to build a totally custom chart? I am a creator — Custom Dublin HighChart Chart Report - Jay Ford



you can go to https://www.highcharts.com/demo   and click on any of the charts you like then click view options and it gives you the code snippet you need. pretty cool stuff they High charts also has their API you can reference. ServiceNow has a license with them so feel free to use this.
