How to get service now report in excel related to customer satisfaction survey using INCIDENT_SLA table.

Hi @vat2do ,
There is no direct link from assessment to incident_SLA. You can instead dot-walk from asmt_assessment_instance_question to task level to actualy see the incident number. If you instead need to also see the SLA, you need to create a database view to connect it all together.
