I need to build a dashboard for a subset of incidents to show the TIME IN STATUS (all statuses) for each incident, as well as an average time for all incidents in each status.
I intend on using INCIDENT METRIC and the TIME IN STATUS metric.
I think I have an understanding on how to sum up and then average out each status for ALL the incidents using formula indicators perhaps, or just indicators doing sum/avg, but I am having trouble visualizing how to do that AND also show the actual time in status for a particular incident.
How would you build indicators to show the time in status for an incident that was selected from a list of all incidents that I have summed/averaged out those statuses? Looking for ideas, as I am drawing a blank on how to do this!
