Data Difference on Analytics Hub

Hi All,

We have a very strange issue here at out reporting, there are reports that are setup however the data on analytics hub is very strange.

The count and the count on show records are completely different. Attached screen.

Please suggest if you have come across such issue and suggest did you resolve this issue?

Hi,

In records list it was showing records for july month.. go the native view and check whether it was matching the count(1320)

if it is matching then their is no issue.... "Avg" means it shows the average for that month it just shows some number as a "avg count"... how can records show as "AVG"? just think.. it is not possible.

I have a similar issue regarding a mismatch in the count of records. I am only using monthly frequency. May I know if it has been resolved?

Hi @SN241, Well this happens due to many reasons so, please make sure you check below steps -

1. Make sure to validate Indicator Source and Automated Indicator conditions per date criteria, compare it with standard reporting

2. Use By Monthly sum/Monthly count, aggregates to validate data if you are checking it monthly count on Automated Indicators.

3. Re-run your jobs and validate data
4. Remove conditions from automated indictors and put them on indicator source to validate

5. Keep Learning new ways.
