Hello Team,
My ServiceNow Learning Portal email ID and my Web / certification email ID are different.
Because of this mismatch, my CSA/CAD certifications are not getting linked properly, and the Delta exam notification is not visible in my Learning Portal.
Kindly help me map/merge both email accounts so that my certification and Delta exam eligibility reflect correctly.

Posting this on the Community isn't going to do anything for you. You should merge your accounts on Learning or update the email address(es). If that was tried and didn't work, you need to log a case with NowLearning. They are the only ones that can check on what belongs to what account.
And I have no idea why this is posted in the Platform Analytics forum.
