display infomessage on sso logout for inactive user

For all inactive users snow has to logout (after sso authendication) and shows the logout is successfull (OOTB)

after it redirect to the logout success page we need to show the Message ' Your account is not loger exists in this system please check with new URL....".

what would be the possible ways to achive?

1)  Check these Platform Security document. Inactive Users should not be allowed to login.
