Hello,
I want to extend the VACreateUtil script with some other variables (the original one does not hand over SO). But as I extend the script with the service_offering variable (defined in flow) it doesnt appear in the incident afterwards.
Can you may give me any hints I have to be aware of while extending the script with additional variables?
