I have a Platform Analytics widget on a PA dashboard that displays User Satisfactions. It is based on an Automated Indicator with an Indicator Source that uses the Facts Table asmt_assessment_instance_question and the following conditions:
- Metric is generic_experience
- Instance . Metric type is [Type of specific survey]
- Instance . Taken on is Today
- Instance . Metric Type . One Click Survey is true
- Value is not empty
For the indicator, I would like to create a breakdown that can split the surveys based on which Service Offering is related to the particular survey, but I cannot get it to work.
Either it only finds two or three Service Offerings when I run a historical data collection, which cannot be correct, or it does not find any at all, leaving me with an empty breakdown.
Universal Requests are being used, and there are only Service Offerings on incidents, even though surveys are sent out for all types of cases (UR, INC and RITMs). Logically, I would expect to create a breakdown with asmt_assessment_instance_question as the Facts Table and then look at the field instance.task_id.universal_request.primary_task.service_offering, but it simply does not work.
Do you have any idea how I can get this information linked together?
Best regards
Thomas
