Fields are missing while exporting report from the dashboard to an excel.

Good day everyone,
We are trying to export a report from a dashboard. While doing so, some of the columns are missing from in the excel file exported. Does anyone know why this is happening ?

Hi Kevin,
are those fields present in the report?
the user using which you are exporting the report does that user have read access to those fields?

Yes, they are present in the report.
The problem is the whole columns are missing in the excel file exported.

I'm having the same problem. I have all 18 columns of a CSAT table showing in the report in SN yet it only exports 8 columns
If I remove the a single field from my SN report then it will export the 17 remaining. Yet it won't export them all when I have them all selected.
