Filter on Platform Analytics dashboards is truncating an element when visualization is clicked

Hi all

A filter was created and placed at the area above the dashboards on the Platform Analytics space.  The filter was designed to filter for Location>Brand Type on the Incident table (and all tables in the hierarchy).  When the filter is used and one location element is selected, all of the visualizations change as expected with the correct data.  We set the visualizations to drill down to a data list view, and it provides a list view of the element data as expected.  Except for one element.  This element has the "&" sign in the name, and when the filter is set to this element and we select a visualization to drill into, the list view shows nothing.  Looking at the conditions at the top of the list view shows that the filter truncates the name after the first part of the element.  So if the element was X & B, the list view filter shows as "Location IS X", completely removing the & B part of the element.  As we don't have a location=X, the data list view comes up empty.  On the dashboard, the actual visualization is showing the correct # data, but the list view data when drilled down truncates the element.
Weirdly, when we use the Performance Analytics indicators and we drill down to the KPI details>show records - THAT data shows up correctly. 
Has anyone else run into this situation?  Is there a patch we are missing that would correct this?

The original question was associated to the Washington release.  In the next release, Xanadu, this issue has been resolved.
