Formula Indicator- average time to resolve ticket

I just got started with PA. I want to create a simple formula indicator that displays time taken to resolve Incident tickets broken down by Assignment Group.

They work like some kind of tag or folder for better management. 

I don't use them.

@Joyce W : We you able to get this one created ? I have a similar requirement working on.

Formula Indicator was not required as we have this covered in Automated Indicator as Shown by Slawke. 

But that does not give Assignment group break up. I had to add breakdowns separately to show up on Analytics Hub.  

Were you able to get to the view you were looking for. If so please share how the graph looks?

Hi Nakul,

That's correct, Breakdowns have to be manually added to Formula Indicators; and, these Breakdowns have to be common to all Indicators being referenced within a calculation.

Probably the easiest part of Breakdowns - which, as most know on here, is a witches caldron!
