Global search result to open in a new tab

Hi Team,

 

Is It possible to Open Global Search result in a new tab,

When I enter Incident number and click on ENTER button it should open in a new tab.

 Hi @AnilM99 ,

 

I have gone through all the Customization Properties for Global Text Search, but unfortunately, ServiceNow has not added the feature to open the result on new tab.

 

  1. Navigate to All > System Properties > Global Text Search.
  2. Set these properties.
