Google Maps-How to get it to appear on a dashborad

Hi I have a requirement to be a google map dashboard that shows different data. I activated google maps, pulled the API key and now what? I've searched the wiki and blog but I am still stuck. Please help!

Hi,

To achieve this requirement, create an iFrame(via iFrame module) and pass the URL of created Map

    Name : <<MapIFrame>>

    URL : $map_page_primary.do?sysparm_sys_id=ffee7e4ec0a8000c007a8387549d440f (Sys ID of your created map)

    Sizing: As per the layout of the dashboard. (Fixed or fit to content)

    Created iFrame   will be available add on in Homepage dashboard (like we add report)

    Go to Homepage --> Click on Add Content --> In first left panel select 'Dynamic Content' --> In second panel search the iframe that has been created.

All good, map is on Dashboard.

Similar way it can be added on Portal via providing url in iframe src attribute.

Thanks Lokendar-Where does the URL get generated? How did you come up with that URL?

Hello,

All maps pages are kind of UI pages in ServiceNow and have Try it UI Action on top of it. I retrieve the URL from the Try It button.

Did it work for your requirement? (I believe you have already added the Google map key in properties)
