Invalid Configuration Error on CIO Dashborad

Hello,

I recently implemented the CIO Dashboard in our SNOW instance by following the steps in this document (CIO Dashboard Installation guide).  I am able to create CIO Dashboard Metric Config records which results in some of the information appearing on the dashboard, but not all.

"Invalid configuration. Invalid value for group_by field: 0df47e02d7130100b96d45a3ce610399. Contact your ServiceNow administrator for more information."

Please refer to the screenshots.  There is an error appearing on most of the widgets within the dashboard tabs and verticals.  It seems like a simple fix but I can't figure it out.  Please help!

Thank you,
Melissa

I'm having the same issue.  I can't find anywhere among indicators, indicator sources, or the metrics config to set a "group by."  Obviously a bar chart has to be grouped by something, but I can't figure out where to set it.

Did you find any solution for this error? I am getting same error.

What I might suggest is to ensure that you have all the CIO Dashboard metric Configs loaded. You should have 85 of them if you have installed all the correct content packs.
